Shortbread. That deliciously buttery cookie formerly found only in little tins
brought back from vacations in Britain, seems to be turning up everywhere!
Shortbread seems to be one of those wonderful classics that is being
rediscovered.

Brown Bag Designs has been contributing to this revival with beautiful
ceramic Shortbread Baking Pans. Each pan is intricately detailed with
wonderful patterns that transfer to the finished cookies, making the most
spectacular looking (and tasting) shortbread ever.
