online at your convenience
PLEASE NOTE: Due
to the limited availability of items other than shortbread
pans, please
contact me prior to ordering. I also offer special
shipping rates on these products.

Credit Card orders are
shipped within one day if received before 3:30pm
By Fax
Print a copy of the
order form, fill out completely and fax with credit card
information to
(603) 669-5921, 8am to
10pm (ET).

Mail
Print a copy of the order
form. Fill out completely. I usually ship via FEDEX whenever
possible, so please include your street address rather than a
P. O. Box. Calculate your sub-total, then add the appropriate shipping
& handling
charges from the chart on the order form.

Methods
of Payment
We accept VISA
and MasterCard ($10.00 minimum on credit cards),
personal checks and money orders. A $25.00 processing fee will be charged on any returned checks. Sorry,
no C.O.D.'s.
Standard
Delivery
We ship via
FedEx or USPS within
the continental US. Orders are generally shipped within 12 - 72 hours,
depending on your method of payment. Credit cards and money orders are shipped
within 24 hours. Personal
checks ship after check has cleared (usually 3-5 business days). Sorry, no
C.O.D.'s.
Express
Delivery
Please call for Express Delivery charges. Sorry, no Express Delivery to
Canada, Alaska or Hawaii. Credit Card Orders only.

Gift
Orders
Please provide us with the
appropriate information for any gift orders. Include the occasion,
whether you'd like a FREE gift card with a message and a catalog
enclosed. Multiple orders require shipping charges for each
address.
Returns
& Exchanges
If for any reason, you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your merchandise
within 15 days. Items must be as originally shipped for
credit (less S&H) or a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
Damaged
Merchandise
We pack your order as
carefully as possible but occasionally it may arrive damaged. Please
retain all original packaging and notify us immediately.
